As climate change affects our planet, its up to us to do what we can to protect our Earth. When you participate in the Girl Scout Climate Challenge, you'll get outdoors to learn about climate science, connect with your community to understand how it is impacted by climate change and spread awareness of the issue to make a difference. Whether you learn about the effects of greenhouse gases, talk to local climate experts, or lead a sustainability project, your knowledge and involvement will help you be a climate advocate. Join us for all of your favorite camptivities like archery and canoeing, as well as some Earth Day themed crafts. As always, we will finish off the event with our recyclable boat race.

tribute to the generations of Asian Americans, Native Americans, and Pacific Islanders who have enriched the history of the United States and are instrumental in its future success.

June is LGBTQ+ (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender and Queer) Pride Month, an annual celebration of the achievements, impact, and contributions of the LGBTQ+ community in the United States. In June we also commemorate the Stonewall uprising which marks the beginning of a movement to outlaw discriminatory laws and practices against LGBTQ+ Americans. As Girl Scouts we deeply value diversity and inclusion. A Girl Scout is a friend and ally to all families.
